Your password must meet 3 of the following guidelines:
* Contain one upper case letter
* Contain one lower case letter
* Contain one number (0-9)
* Contain one non-alphabetical special characters (ex: !,$,#)
Passwords must not:* Be less than 12 characters
* Include personal information such as your name, SSN, birthdate
* Be a previously used password
* Contain common words.
* Cannot be reset more than once in a 24 hour period
